Requirement, Domain Analysis and Specification

In this phase we work closely with our clients to understand your aims. Every project strategy depends on precisely defined goals to succeed and to develop a long term relationship with satisfied clients. In this process we will prepare the necessary project structure to make the development, deployment, training and execution as effective and efficient as possible. Our analysts elicit and gather the requirements from your experts and professionals, to speak later in the process in their own terminology and to understand exactly what is being said. We will review your existing solutions and define a migration path to assure smooth transition and seamless integration. The agreed specifications will precisely describe what solution and applications need to be developed.

Development

The development process is closely integrated. The client will receive feed back for every major milestone of the project and will be able to review and implement changes in order to sustain a cost efficient and result driven process. The application or solution is coming to deployment and testing.

Testing and Deployment, Maintenance

Extensive testing will be conducted before deployment. Once the client is satisfied with the delivered solution, it will be brought to the production environment and deployed. We will make sure that a determined process for maintaining and enhancing the software to cope with future challenges or new requirements is in place. If not done properly, such work can take more time than the initial development of the web application or solution.

Training

Comprehensive documentation will be provided along with the implemented solution and web applications. We will arrange necessary training and enable your employees to utilize the deployed applications and solutions efficiently to support the growth and success of your business.
